Now make sure that you rub the plastic bag on the glass pane very carefully. it should be rubbed back and forth over the glass pane. When the plastic bag is rubbed on the glass there is a force that takes place which is known as the static electric force which helps the bits of paper to move. If rubbed faster the paper will move even faster and will appear as if the bits of paper are dancing. This will attract the attention of the child and he will show more interest and will show keen interest in learning the experiment. Another such simple and fun experiments for kids will love to perform is one which can be performed with the help of balloons. Every kid loves balloons and therefore it will become even easier for you to explain these experiments for kids. For performing this experiment you will need two balloons, a woolen sweater or any woolen material, strings, scissors, a door frame and a tape. Take the string and cut it into two halves and ensure that both are of same length. Now hang both these strings from the door frame. Blow the balloons up and tie them up with each string. Now with the help of the woolen sweater, rub the balloons against it this will charge the balloon and then allow them to hang from the string but ensure that they are against each other. Now because the balloons are negatively charged both the balloons will resist one another and will push them against that of the string.
